Shot blasting – Sandblasting container – Eurotherm BENELUX

Shot blasting – Sandblasting container Eurotherm BENELUX

The Eurotherm BENELUX shot blasting – sandblasting container is a fully enclosed and self-contained unit designed for shot blasting and sandblasting operations. It provides a fully controlled working environment while remaining transportable and deployable according to the needs of the worksite or production facility.

A mobile solution for industrial shot blasting

Unlike a fixed booth, the Eurotherm BENELUX shot blasting – sandblasting container can be set up at different locations depending on the project at hand. It can be integrated into a standard shipping container, making it easy to transport by truck and quickly operational on site.

This mobility makes it a particularly suitable solution for companies whose worksites or production locations vary, or whose processing volume does not justify a permanent installation.

Advantages :

  • Transportable and relocatable solution for any project

  • Operational quickly after delivery

  • Compatible with a standard shipping container

  • Suitable for temporary worksites or multiple locations

  • Custom-built to the required dimensions

Interior construction and protection

The interior walls of the Eurotherm BENELUX shot blasting – sandblasting container are lined with anti-abrasive rubber to withstand the projection of shot or sand. Lighting fixtures are installed in sealed enclosures to protect them from circulating abrasive particles.

This design ensures a long service life, even under intensive use conditions.

Key features :

  • Walls lined with anti-abrasive rubber

  • Sealed lighting enclosures protected from abrasives

  • Structure designed to withstand intensive use

  • Effective containment of dust and abrasive particles

  • Enhanced operator safety

Abrasive recovery system

A recovery pit is integrated into the floor of the container. It collects the shot or sand used during the blasting operation. The abrasive is then drawn up by an industrial vacuum system and reintroduced into the machine’s reservoir for immediate reuse.

This closed-loop system reduces abrasive consumption, minimises waste and improves the cost-efficiency of each operation.

How it works :

  • Recovery pit integrated into the floor

  • Industrial vacuum suction system

  • Abrasive reintroduced into the reservoir

  • Immediate reuse without interruption

  • Reduced material loss and operating costs

Applications and versatility

The Eurotherm BENELUX shot blasting – sandblasting container is suitable for a wide range of industrial applications: cleaning metal surfaces, preparation before painting, rust removal, stripping or creating surface roughness to improve coating adhesion.

It can process parts of various sizes depending on the container dimensions and integrated equipment. Each container is custom-built according to the parts to be treated and the constraints of the site.

Common applications :

  • Cleaning and stripping metal surfaces

  • Surface preparation before painting or coating

  • Rust removal and part decontamination

  • Creating surface roughness to improve adhesion

  • Processing parts on-site or in the workshop
