Car Wash Systems
Christ NOVA bus wash unit — Emile Weber
We fitted an Emile Weber depot with a NOVA wash unit: two vertical brushes and a roof brush running an automatic cycle, on a galvanised structure sized for daily fleet use. The job covered the whole chain — wash bay, unit, plant room and water treatment through a Christ FONTIS station, which filters the wash water and returns it to the circuit.
Car wash tunnel — Groupe Theves
A light-vehicle wash tunnel installed for Groupe Theves in Athus: pre-wash, main wash zone, soak, maintenance then drying, all driven by the conveyor. Built for professional volume washing — time saved, water saved, a consistent cycle.
Wash tunnel — Car Wash de la Posterie, Arlon
A wash tunnel built with Christ Wash Systems for Car Wash de la Posterie in Arlon. A Belgian job, twenty minutes from the Luxembourg border.
Magnum C5000 tandem wash unit with dryer
A demonstration of the Magnum unit in tandem configuration with its drying module, filmed on a bus. This is not a customer site: it is the equipment running, useful for understanding the cycle before planning your own.

Light-vehicle breakdown van — Fixibox fit-out
A bespoke van fit-out for mobile breakdown work on cars and light commercials: on-board Fixibox tyre changer, integrated compressor running on a lithium battery with charging kit, wheel balancer with universal flange, hose reels, storage bins and tooling. Every vehicle is adapted by our team.
Heavy-goods breakdown van — Tyrebox TB126L
The same principle for trucks: on-board Tyrebox TB126L tyre changer, integrated diesel-driven compressor, on-board balancer, hose reels, storage bins and tooling. The truck stays on its yard and the tyre is changed where it stands.
Bodyshop project — 3D model
A complete bodyshop projected in 3D before any work started. This is what we hand the customer at the end of the project design stage: the layout can be seen in volume before the first piece of equipment is ordered.
Steel service pit — Atelier Constantini
A steel service and inspection pit installed at Atelier Constantini S.A., filmed from unloading through to connection. An alternative to bespoke civil works: the pit arrives finished, and the job takes days rather than weeks.
Industry
Industrial spray booth — Karl Hugo
An industrial spray booth installed for Karl Hugo. A booth sized for industrial parts rather than vehicles: airflow, filtration and drying cycle calculated on the volumes to be handled. The video follows the build from start to finish.
Parking Systems
Coming soon on video. Parking doublers, lifting platforms, car lifts: we have been installing these systems in Luxembourg and Belgium for years, but we had never filmed them. The first footage is being edited — this section will open with it.
