What warranty do you offer on your equipment?
Equindus provides a 1-year warranty on professional purchases (B2B) and a 2-year warranty for private customers (B2C), in accordance with Luxembourg regulations. For transactions between companies based in European Union member states, intra-community VAT applies at a rate of 0%, provided a valid intra-community VAT number is supplied.

Do you install and maintain the equipment?
Yes. Equindus handles the delivery, installation, commissioning and follow-up of all the equipment we sell. We also provide preventive maintenance, repairs and fault diagnosis to ensure the longevity and safety of your installations.

Do you offer multi-level parking solutions?
Yes. Equindus installs automated and semi-automated parking systems from Hidral and Omer: parking stackers, car lifts, turntables and independent systems. These solutions maximise parking capacity in a limited space, ideal for dealerships, hotels and private car parks.
