AHCON Speedline system is our system for assembling wheels on an assembly line.

Tyre Assembly Lines – OEM workshops
In a first time assembly of wheels it is very important to reach the maximum efficiency.
In a first time assembly there is no such activity as dismounting wheels – the job is only to put new tyres on new rims – and then inflate and balance the complete wheels.
With the right equipment it is possible to assemble and handle a complete wheel in only 45 seconds.
With an AHCON Speedline system for OEM workshops it is possible to:

OEM Speedline System 1
This Speedline System is recommended for firsttime assembly workshops – also known as OEM workshops.
