The IDRO-R is built to be installed once, properly — in a utility room, a dedicated wash bay or a fixed workshop corner. The machine stays in place; the operator handles only the lance. This fixed installation logic changes everything: permanent water and electrical connections, immediate start-up, no moving or storing the unit between uses.
The 200/15 model delivers 200 bar of pressure at a flow rate of 900 litres per hour — performance on par with the best mobile units, in a compact form factor (60 kg) designed for clean integration into a professional environment.
Its 400 V three-phase electric motor (7.5 hp / 5.5 kW) features integrated thermal protection for extended duty cycles without derating.
Ceramic triplex pump with connecting rod system — pressed brass pump head
The IDRO-R 200/15 is fitted with a 3-cylinder ceramic piston pump using a connecting rod (biella-manovella) system and a pressed brass pump head. This architecture delivers constant pressure at 200 bar, minimal wear, and the service life required by intensive duty cycles in a fixed professional installation.
The SPF (Self Priming Function) allows the pump to prime itself automatically without manual intervention — a key advantage on a fixed installation with a built-in water tank.

The TSS (Total Stop System) automatically shuts the machine down when the operator releases the gun, preventing the pump from running idle on recirculation. High pressure detergent suction allows direct product injection from an external container. The built-in water tank (vaschetta acqua) completes the installation’s autonomy.
