The ASC 2000 carries out professional, 100% automatic air-conditioning servicing on HGVs and light vehicles, while minimising operator intervention and process time. The ASC 2000 carries out the following processes fully automatically:

• Refrigerant recovery and recycling
• Residual pressure measurement
• Used oil drain
• Evacuation
• Leak detection
• Fresh oil and UV dye recharge
• Refrigerant recharge with service hose compensation function

In addition, the ASC 2000 offers:

• A large refrigerant tank storage capacity (21 kg)
• A protective cover for the unit
• Precise oil management with 3 separate load cells
