Manual washing booth

The manual washing booth is used to clean metal components and semi-finished products before coating. The operator performs washing with a high-pressure cleaner, a phospho-degreasing solution and a rinsing phase.

This step removes grease, residues and dirt from the parts. Vapours generated during washing are captured by an extraction wall, while sprayed liquids are directed to a recovery pit.

Powder coating booth
