Infinitely adaptable thanks to its modular design: from brake tester to full inspection test lane

The roller brake tester IW4 / IW7 LON CLASSIC is equipped with a classic dual analogue display and an automatically switching display range (0-4 / 0-40 kN). Thanks to the built-in digital display, information on brake force and axle damping differences, as well as user guidance prompts, is shown in a compact format. The analogue display can also be fitted with up to four VARIODATA displays for weight, brake pressure and braking ratio, and with a scrolling banner for user navigation. This tester is particularly suitable for weight-based brake diagnosis with low to medium vehicle throughput. The control system meets all the requirements of the periodic technical inspection (PTI), has a PC interface and is therefore network-compatible.

Scope of delivery:

• Analogue multi-display with two pointer dials for brake, axle damping and side-slip measured values, switching elements included (contactor/circuit breaker, relays or, depending on the connected device, the necessary switching devices)
• Digital / optical difference display
• Lockable main switch
