Sales counter

For the central storage of cash and accessories (e.g. wiper covers, wax rags, etc.). With lockable cash register drawer, additional drawer, front doors and rolls. The sales counter is equipped with an integrated receipt printer. Receipt printing: company addressing, salutation line, wash program, date, price, VAT. The sales counter is available with a flat button or a touchscreen version of the user terminal.

Handbrush holster „basic“, portable, stainless steel

For submersing handwash brushes in wash water (vehicle pre-wash). Hand brush holster made from stainless steel (unheated), wheels and wheel brakes, removeable sieve insert made from stainless steel and drain valve.

LED lighting console, mounted on backside of spray arch

For visual recognization support of special programs (e.g. wax or polishing application). The LED light strip can be directed toward the foam spray so that the foam application is colourfully lit up. The  light pipe system can be combined with the aluminum premium arch or the DURAPROTECT arch and consists of 3 LED light beams (1x crossbeam, 2x side piece). Unlighted light strip + presentation of 6 light colours

Optional frame model DURAPROTECT

All of our Evolution portal frams, mitters and blowing dryer frames can optionally be executed in DURAPROTECT instead of the standard frame material (steel). DURAPROTECT = frames made from stainless steel (1.4301) with additional duplex-powder coating. The required cleaning effort for the operator is reduced by approx. 50% in comparision to portals made from stainless steel because of the additional coating.

Rapid action door

Opens and closes precisely in front of and behind the vehicle via a lightbarrier system at a speed of 0,5 mtr./sec.. The rapid action door can be designed to be flush to the hall on the sides and with an integrated escape door when desired. It can also be installed at the wash tunnel exit.
