ASC 3000 – High-capacity A/C service unit for buses, rail vehicles, helicopters and special applications

When servicing the air conditioning on large vehicles such as buses and rail vehicles, time is precious. Extended downtime leads to high costs. Reliability and speed are therefore paramount. Refrigerant recovery, evacuation and recharge must be carried out particularly quickly. The ASC 3000 meets these requirements exceptionally well: its 2-stage vacuum pump evacuates 132 litres per minute. A liquid pump allows ultra-fast refrigerant recharge.

The following processes are fully automated:

• Refrigerant recovery and recycling
• Residual pressure measurement
• Used oil drain
• Evacuation
• Leak test
• Fresh oil and UV dye recharge
• Refrigerant recharge with service hose compensation function

The ASC 3000 also features …
• the patented fresh oil and UV dye recharge system, which keeps refrigerant oils clean and dry even over long periods, thus reducing servicing costs.
• the built-in printer to keep a record of service information

In addition, the ASC 3000 offers …
• the built-in liquid pump for high-volume refrigerant recharge, e.g. buses, rail vehicles, etc.
• a refrigerant tank with a 30 kg storage capacity and extra-long 8 m service hoses
