Ravaglioli – KP 440 NE

The motors are linked to each other by transmission shafts and an oil-bath angle gearbox, keeping the runways perfectly level and the power draw balanced under any load condition.

Thanks to their design, our lifts require no adjustment after installation: there are no load-bearing cables or chains.

CE-approved lift – low-voltage controls.

Motors with a thermal sensor that prevents operation in the event of overload or loss of a phase.

Two screws in each column (KP440E – KP440NE).

TOTAL SAFETY

• Load-bearing nut and follower nut assembly
• Mechanical emergency stop
• Upper and lower limit switches
• Safety microswitch in the event of load-bearing nut wear
• Oil-bath angle gearbox
•The lifting screws are lubricated automatically by four pumps with oil feed and recovery, one housed inside each column
• Effective lubrication is therefore ensured during movement
• During lowering, an electrical safety device stops the lift if an object gets underneath the moving parts
